Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI solutions Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data acquisition, pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment Build and maintain scalable and efficient AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and other advanced analytics techniques Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI, continuously exploring and evaluating new technologies and approaches Contribute to the development of internal AI assets, frameworks, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Technical Proficiency:Proven experience with Python and popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modelling techniques.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e g , AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent) and their AI/ML services Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and big data technologies (e g , Spark, Hadoop) is a plus Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

• Education and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent.

Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a professional setting Experience in the financial services industry.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.

g , AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent) are highly desirable.
