We’re looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our global reach by managing high-impact performance campaigns that connect millions of customers with the food they love.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Performance Marketing team. We are the engine room of Deliveroo’s global growth, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-led strategies to optimise high-spend, complex accounts across multiple markets.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Own hands-on performance management by designing campaign structures and bidding strategies for high-spending global programmes to maximise ROI.
Drive innovation and beta testing by partnering with platforms like Google and Apple to test and adopt emerging products and alpha/beta features.
Execute experimentation frameworks, suggesting and running A/B and incrementality tests alongside Data Science to validate campaign "lift".
Lead technical optimisations in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to improve feed health, tracking, and automation scripts.
Translate complex data into action by deep-diving into Looker to provide investment recommendations and proactively managing global budget pacing.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

Significant hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns.
Proven ability to manage high-spend accounts across multiple international markets, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
Strong analytical rigour with the ability to use Looker or advanced spreadsheets to diagnose performance trends and issues.
Technical understanding of automation, including experience with scripts, ad platform APIs, or feed management.
A natural test-and-learn mindset with the communication skills to simplify complex technical results for cross-functional stakeholders.
